This annual event brings together doctoral students from across the university to exchange ideas and experiences, gain new perspectives and explore different approaches to sustainable development. It is an opportunity to meet doctoral students from other disciplines and perhaps discover an unexpected connection to your own research. A conversation during the day might lead to a new idea, a new perspective or even a future collaboration.
Doctoral students contribute to the programme with panels, workshops and other activities, offering opportunities to take part in discussions, share knowledge and try out new formats.
The day will open with a keynote by Johannes Stripple, Associate Professor at Lund University’s Department of Political Science. His talk, ‘Environmental Politics After the Future: From Earth System Governmentality and Agenda 2030 to BiberAmt’, will explore changing approaches to environmental governance and adaptation in a world increasingly shaped by uncertainty and transformation.
The conference is organised by the Agenda 2030 Graduate School at Lund University and is free of charge. Lunch and fika are included. All PhD students at Lund University are welcome to attend. Subject to availability, master's students and PhD students from other universities may also participate.
