Welcome to a seminar on unconscious bias, developing leadership and grant capacity among researchers.

The Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies, the IIIEE and the Centre for East and South-East Asian Studies invites you to a seminar with Prof. Patricia Riddell from Reading University, UK to talk about her work on unconscious bias, neuroscience and coaching in leadership.

To avoid the harmful impacts of unconscious bias in research and research grant funding it is becoming increasingly clear how important unconscious bias in training of academics in order to help us understand our own biases and to take steps to manage bias in our decision-making environments.
