Certification means that Lund University fulfils many of the stringent EU requirements for a responsible and professional employer, and that it has a commitment to continuous quality management. Lund University has drawn up an action plan that outlines eight development areas and a number of concrete measures that the University will implement.
HR strategies for researchers – application for certification
On 18 June, Lund University submitted an application to the EU Commission for HR Excellence in Research certification and we hope to receive a response to the application in the autumn of 2020.
