International mobility - and why it is important for your career

When going for those external funds, when writing an application for a promotion within Lund University or for a position at another university, you're bound to be asked about your international experience. International experience is considered a merit in nearly all contexts - we're here to tell you how you can go (!) about it. Ready for some good news? International mobility is not necessarily as complicated as you might think.

You'll meet experienced international coordinators, introducing you to stories about those who went away (and came back again). And yes, you'll get help with identifying funding for mobility as well.

When? 4 February 8.30-9.30

Where? Belfragesalen, BMC, Klinikgatan 32

For whom? Doctoral students in all stages and disciplines at Lund University. Postdoctoral staff (with employment at LU) are also most welcome, but please note that most suggestions have doctoral students as primary target group

Breakfast (scones and tea/coffee) will be served at 8.30 sharp

Register at Kompetensportalen no later than 29 January (use your LUCAT-ID)
