Reduced working hours for technical and administrative staff (T/A)
For T/A staff, December 23 and January 5, 2023 are days with reduced working hours and employees who are working full time only have to work for 4 hours (for part-time employees, working hours are reduced in proportion to their total working hours). If you take days of annual leave on these days, however, two full days of annual leave will be withdrawn.
When working flexitime, you must always decide your hours in consultation with your line manager.
