Lund University Administrative Prize 2016
Administrative manager at the LUSEM faculty office Sara Novakov and caretakers Claes Lawett and Lars-Göran Stjärnfeldt at LU Service will be awarded the Lund University Administrative Prize 2016. Sara Novakov is awarded SEK 15 000 for her personal professional development. Claes Lawett and Lars-Göran Stjärnfeldt will together receive SEK 15 000 for their professional development.
The award will be presented at the University’s annual ceremony on 29 January 2016.

Administrative manager Sara Novakov has over the years at the School of Economics and Management (LUSEM) developed the faculty’s finance operations to comply with both national regulations and international requirements with regard to financial management of a faculty that is internationally quality accredited. The financial analyses delivered by her are impressive, which says a lot at a faculty that deals professionally with all kinds of financial issues.
Sara is always there to support both colleagues and management – not only within LUSEM but also as an expert in various University-wide projects, and when other faculties have needed support.
Claes Lawett and Lars-Göran Stjärnfeldt
Caretakers Claes Lawett and Lars-Göran Stjärnfeldt have demonstrated diverse breadth, commitment and a high level of service within their area of activity – both at the central administration’s caretakers’ office and at major events in the main University building. Always friendly and helpful and able to pick up on the needs of both staff and visitors, they have on numerous occasions increased the level of service exceptionally, both in finding creative solutions and contributing to a good atmosphere in the heart of the University administration.
