New procedures for health promotion, medical care and medication

As of 1 July, the Human Resources division at the central administration level will be responsible for the final approval of all matters concerning compensation for health promotion, medical care and medication. This means that employees, once they have reported the matter in Primula, are to send the documentation to LU’s HR division instead of the approving officer at their department/unit.

The aim of this change is to reduce the workload on the approving officers in the organisation as it has increased in connection with the move to SSC (the National Government Service Centre). No documentation is to go via the department/unit; instead, the documentation is to be sent together with the original receipt via internal mail to Human Resources, Internal mailing code 31, and labelled “For review”.
