Overall work environment goals for Lund University 2021–2023

On 14 October, the vice-chancellor approved the overall goals for the University’s work environment management for the next few years.

The goals are within four focus areas:

  1. Sick leave statistics
  2. Managers’ preparedness
  3. Organisational and social work environment
  4. Student health

The goals are based on the results from the annual follow-up of systematic work environment management, on needs that have emerged from other surveys or follow-ups and on a dialogue with local health and safety committees and representatives of the health and safety organisation. Another important basis is the audit report presented by Internal Audit in spring 2020.

The vice-chancellor’s decision on the overall work environment goals will be published soon in Rules and Regulations.
