There will be several strategic research investments including projects at HumLab and LU Futura and a course for doctoral students in research ethics. In total, the allocation for research will increase by SEK 44 million, and of this SEK 20 million will be directly allocated to the faculties. There will be fewer new investments in education. However, two investments worth noting are a new course at Campus Helsingborg for healthcare counsellors and a special investment in faculty-wide programmes. The document has been subject to negotiations according to special procedures in the Employment (Co-Determination in the Workplace) Act.
