There is now a summary version of LU’s Equal Opportunities Plan

There is now a slightly shorter summary version of the Equal Opportunities Plan for Lund University 2022–2027. Available as a printed version, it is easy to distribute to new staff and students.

In the summary version, the University has focused on the four important goals that are to be met during the period 2022–2027:

  1. Recruitment processes and career paths are to be free from discrimination.
  2. Knowledge about and understanding of gender equality and equal opportunities are to be at a high level in the organisation.
  3. Work against discrimination (SFAD) is to be dynamic as well as actively and systematically preventive.
  4. Management and prevention of victimisation, harassment and sexual harassment are to be professional.

The printed summary version has been distributed in a limited edition to all faculties and is available in Swedish and English. If you need more copies, you can order direct from MediaTryck: media-tryck [at] service [dot] lu [dot] se.
