Information meeting: research programme for excellence

Lund University commits up to 100 MSEK in support of research programmes for excellence at the university, focusing on Agenda 2030 and sustainable development.
One part of this sum is intended to increase the number of PhD positions connected to the graduate school Agenda 2030, and another part is earmarked for post-doctoral positions within various cross-disciplinary projects. The purpose of the programme is that Lund University shall attain international excellence in research.
On Wednesday 10 March at 3-4 pm, Pro Vice-Chancellor Per Mickwitz invites you to an information meeting concerning the call and programme. The meeting will be held in English (but questions in Swedish are welcome) over Zoom.
For registration to this event. Last day to register is 8 March.

More on the cross-disciplinary project call
The call is aimed at post-doctoral positions within various cross-disciplinary projects. The projects are not merely intended to be platforms for the post doc´s career development, but shall also constitute a base for national and European research funding applications and for future excellence centres.
Potential projects are to be proposed by researchers at Lund University. A project must involve a minimum of three faculties. A ranking will be implemented by an external evaluation panel.
