Opening Event: The Centre for Aesthetics and Business Creativity (ABC)
Join us for the official opening of The Centre for Aesthetics and Business Creativity (ABC) at Skissernas Museum in Lund!
We are excited to be able to welcome you to the opening event of the Centre for Aesthetics and Business Creativity.
A collaboration with and a donation from Lindéngruppen has enabled the creation and running of the Centre for Aesthetics and Business Creativity (ABC). This comes to fruition on the backdrop of a longterm engagement in support of Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM) by Ulf G. Lindén. Lindéngruppen now extends this engagement, centred on ABC, and in support of a Professorship in business administration with focus on ‘aesthetics and buininess creativity.’ This will strengthen research and education in the field of aesthetics, ethics, and business creativity. The ‘Lindén Professorship’ is a central part of this new effort and pursuit of research and education in an area considered to be of strategic importance for future education and business practice in the society and competitive landscape where Sweden thereby can build novel innovative strengths. As one of the most comprehensive universites in northern Europe, Lund University, with its School of Economics and Management, is well-situated to take a lead in this exciting, timely and truly multi-disciplinary development.

About
The Centre for Aesthetics and Business Creativity (ABC) is a centre that loves its periphery-pulling forces. It wants to extend the research-basis for understanding and practicing organizational creativity in pursuit of values that enhance our quality of life, as citizens and consumers.
ABC aims to push the boundaries by engaging across diverse disciplines, such as art history, performance research, literary composition and cultural studies. By becoming a dynamic hub that blends ethics, aesthethics and business creativity, it will continue to inspire new ways of thinking and doing.
