Welcome Day in English for new employees
At Welcome Day we wish to greet and inspire you and showcase the exciting workplace that Lund University is.
The vice-chancellor and representatives from the top management welcome you and inform you about the university's visions for the future. During the day, we also give you some well-chosen samples of the enormous breadth of activities that the university covers based on our three main tasks – education, research and innovation.
Our goal for Welcome day is for you to feel welcome and proud to work at Lund University, and to get a better sense of what it means to work at the University.
There is also a Welcome day in Swedish, on 5 May.
