Apply for reimbursement of medication costs by January 31
You can receive reimbursement for certain prescription medications, provided that they are included in the high-cost protection scheme. You must provide proof of your costs with an extract from the high-cost database (available from the E-health Authority or via 1177.se). You can apply for reimbursement once a year, no later than January 31 of the year after you purchased the medication.
