Viktor Öwall is the pro vice-chancellor for research infrastructure, digitalisation and third-cycle studies.

Viktor Öwall is a professor of integrated electronic systems and was dean of Lund University’s Faculty of Engineering (LTH) between 2015 and 2020. Previously, he has been head of department, assistant head of department and director of studies at the Department of Electrical and Information Technology (EIT). Viktor Öwall was a postdoc at the University of California, Los Angeles, and has led VINNOVA’s Industrial Excellence Centre for System Design on Silicon (SoS).
