Insurance for research subjects and test subjects
This page provides information about insurance solutions for research subjects and test persons participating in the activities at Lund University.
For persons participating as test subjects in research at Lund University, the Kammarkollegiet's collective insurance policies Insurance for Foreign Visitors and Special Personal Injury Protection (SPS) do not apply. Instead, the department/equivalent must take out SPS insurance with the Kammarkollegiet.
SPS insurance corresponds to the occupational injury insurance for employees at Lund University and applies to, from and during the trial.
The insurance must be taken out before the trial begins, which is done by the department/equivalent contacting the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (easiest via email).
