Already in the 60´s room was made for jazz at Skissernas Museum, The Museum of Artistic Process and Public Art. Throughout the years, a long line of constellations have been showcased in the midst of the art at the museum. Now the museum breathes life into its jazz roots by presenting a broad repertoire of Nordic jazz musicians during three autumn evenings.

This is a musical meeting between two dynamic artists where a unique expression is created. Stories are told and lived out in a musical tone universe that spans between deep inner calm and wild chaos. Christina Dahl is one of Denmark's most prominent saxophonists. She is a conductor and composer and has released ten albums under her own name. She distinguishes herself with her soulful sound and her lyrical musical interpretations, from the most underplayed, intimate, to the explosive. Simon Toldham is a conductor and composer who has won four Danish jazz grammies and twice been nominated for Album / Composer of the Year. He is the official festival composer at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival and has released 14 albums. Students and youths under 25, free admission. Other, ordinary admission to the museum. Nu blåser vi liv i våra jazzrötter genom att under tre höstkvällar presentera en bred repertoar med nordiska jazzmusiker. Det här är ett musikaliskt möte mellan två dynamiska konstnärer där ett unikt uttryck skapas. Historier berättas och levs ut i ett musikaliskt tonuniversum som spänner mellan djup inre ro och vilt kaos. Mångfaldigt prisbelönta Christina Dahl är en av Danmarks främsta saxofonister. Hon är kapellmästare och kompositör och har utkommit med tio album i eget namn. Hon utmärker sig med sin själfulla klang och sina lyriska musikaliska tolkningar, från det mest underspelade, intima, till det explosiva. Simon Toldham är kompositör och kapellmästare som har vunnit fyra danska jazz-grammies och två gånger nominerats till årets album/kompositör. Han är officiell festivalkompositör på Copenhagen Jazzfestival och har utkommit med 14 album. Studerande och unga under 25 år fri entré. I övrigt ordinarie entré till museet. Se pris och rabatter
