Study administration systems
Here you will find an overview of the systems used for study administration, such as admissions, information on courses and programmes, and the student registry.
Lubas is the database for education at Lund University. It contains information on all of the courses and programmes offered at the University. This information is used in the admissions system NyA, as well as in presentations of courses and programmes at Lund University’s websites, antagning.se and universityadmissions.se. Lubas also contains a support system for establishing and revising course and programme syllabi.
NyA and the NyA web
NyA is the national admissions system that Swedish higher education institutions use to manage a round of admissions. There is also the NyA web – a web tool available to departmental staff. Through the NyA web you can, among other things, find information about a person’s applications, qualifications and submitted documents.
Ladok is the University student registry, containing personal information on all first, second and third cycle students. Ladok contains information about admission, registration, results and degrees.
FU Exit Poll
FU Exit Poll is an application for mailing out a degree questionnaire to doctoral students in order to capture their experiences of third cycle studies at Lund University.
The questionnaire is sent automatically to a doctoral student in connection with the registration of a pass grade in Ladok after their public defence..
Live@Lund is an online study portal offering course and programme management for students and staff of Lund University. The portal offers the opportunity to communicate, discuss and manage one’s courses, such as written assignments and groups. Live@Lund integrates with a number of other systems, including Ladok, Lucat, Urkund, LU-Play, TimeEdit3 and Moodle quiz.
SoleMove is a university-wide system for the management of international mobility in all areas within Lund University, both student and staff mobility.

Student account and the Student Portal
The student account is a system for managing student identities. Every registered student receives a student account.
In the Student Portal, the student will have access to a number of services, such as an email account and the opportunity to store files, register, retrieve their official transcripts, and to apply for a degree.
Sunet Survey is a programme for conducting online surveys, such as course evaluations. Through the programme you can easily create questionnaires and distribute surveys via link or email.
LUP Student Papers
LUP Student Papers is a system for managing and publishing papers written by students. Students can log in using their student account credentials and upload their paper. Teaching staff or paper reviewers of a course are to make sure that the paper has been submitted correctly in the system. Once the paper is approved, it will be made public, if possible.
