For people with administrative roles in LUCRIS

your LUCRIS support for supporting others

All those with a LUCAT-ID can log in to LUCRIS and edit and add information about themselves and their research. Someone with an administrative role in the system can edit, change and review entries for other people as well.

There are two ways of providing support to various types of LUCRIS users:

You can have an administrative role which enables you to register, edit and help users to add correct information.

Be a part of the support organisation

You can work in the shared, semi-decentralised  support via the case management system ServiceNow.
