Funding is available for joint projects that aim to develop new courses, curricula, education centres, higher education administration, or national education reforms. Projects may also aim to contribute to modernising higher education and to the democratic development in partner countries.
Applications can be submitted together with partners from about 150 countries worldwide. The application needs to involve a minimum of three higher education institutions from three different countries, and at least two higher education institutions from each partner country.
