Erasmus+ travel grants within Europe
What can the travel allowance be used for?
The purpose of the trip is to discuss, plan, further develop and evaluate student and teacher mobility, and for example, course development projects in already existing collaborations with partner universities. You can also get travel grants to participate in networking meetings.
Who can apply for funds?
Teachers, researchers and administrators who work to promote cooperation between European universities within Erasmus+ can apply for travel grants of a maximum of SEK 8,000 each.
When can I apply for travel grants?
During the academic year 2019/2020, starting 1 June 2019.
Where do I send my application?
The application is printed and signed by the head of department or equivalent. The signed application is emailed to External Relations (carina [dot] holmberg_pousette [at] er [dot] lu [dot] se).
How is the selection made?
Individual applicants as well as the applicant for a maximum of two participants are given priority to applicants who go in a group. In the selection, priority is given to trips aimed at increasing the number of outgoing Erasmus students and the development of course development projects (Curriculum Development). Applicants who have not previously received Erasmus + travel grants are given priority and an even distribution between faculties and areas is sought.
When is the travel allowance paid?
Payment of funds is made to the department's cost center after completed reporting and submitted requisition. email travel report and disbursement request to Carina Holmberg Pousette at External Relations.
