Library Talks

Popular science talks of approximately15–40 min at libraries all around Skåne. Target groups vary depending on the city and subject.

Researchers’ Grand Prix

The Researchers’ Grand Prix is a national competition where researchers give a popular science presentation of their research. Competition rounds take place all around the country, including at upper secondary schools in Lund/Malmö, and the final competition is held in Stockholm.

European Researchers’ Night

The European Commission has proclaimed the last Friday in September as “Researchers’ Night”. Thousands of activities are offered all around Europe to demonstrate how exciting and fun research is. At Lund University, the event usually takes place at the Vattenhallen Science Centre.

Lund University at the Gothenburg Book Fair

Every year, Lund University participates in the Book Fair in Gothenburg. Researchers are often there to talk about the books they have published that year, but the fair also includes popular science talks and debates.
