Almedalen
Almedalsveckan is the world's largest democratic meeting place for social issues and an opportunity for you as a researcher to present your research.

European Researchers’ Night
The European Commission has proclaimed the last Friday in September as “Researchers’ Night”. Thousands of activities are offered all around Europe to demonstrate how exciting and fun research is. At Lund University, the event usually takes place at the Vattenhallen Science Centre.

Researchers’ Grand Prix
National competition where researchers present their research in a comprehensible, captivating and inspiring way in four minutes. Regional competitions are held around the country and the final takes place in Stockholm. Lund University’s competition is held in Helsingborg.

The NMT Days – Science, Medicine and Technology
Each March, upper secondary school students and teachers are invited to a week of popular science lectures and demonstrations, covering everything from dark matter, stem cells and the chemistry of love to how Wi-Fi really works.
