Prizes and distinction

- a module for prizes and distinctions
The purpose of the module for Prizes and distinction is to capture prizes and other professional distinctions a researcher has been awarded.

Why should I add prizes in LUCRIS?

All LU researchers are free to enter prizes, awards and distinctions they want to highlight in their personal profile on the research portal, which can also be selected (all of them or only some if you wish) in the CV module.

It’s also possible to create links between your prizes and distinctions and other information in LUCRIS, such as projects, activities and publications. NB: External people added to a prize must be asked for their consent.

How do I add prizes in LUCRIS?

The simplest way to enter prizes and distinctions is to go into LUCRIS, click the ´+´ in the Prizes module and select a suitable type of prize or distinction.

What types of prizes can I enter?

Use the subtype that you feel best corresponds to the prize, award or distinction in question.

  • Prize (including medals and awards)
  • National/international honour: including honorary degree
  • Election to learned society: e.g. The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and Royal Physiographic Society of Lund
  • Appointment
  • Other distinction
