Web templates and publishing tools
Lund University’s graphic profile also applies online. Ensure that all digital material produced on behalf of the University follows the rules and instructions in the graphics manual. As far as possible, always use the University’s HTML templates when producing a website. The templates are available for download from the University’s Image and Media Bank.

The websites included in the University-wide web solution in Drupal are automatically adapted to the graphic design which has been developed for web pages at Lund University. Do you need to create a design which is outside the existing templates? For example, if you need to develop some sort of campaign site, you can use the University’s procured web agencies below.

The agreements with web agencies are divided into two categories. Address your request directly to the agency whose category best corresponds to your assignment. Please note that you are not to send a request for tenders (known as a call-off request) to both agencies at once.
Holistic solutions for digital concepts: Valtech
Valtech has the capacity to handle assignments which include all phases of a digital development project: from analysis and strategy to concept and design for a digital solution. The agency can also deliver technically implemented solutions, for example a website, app or blog. The assignments can also concern only single parts of the digital development process, such as design and interface or information structure and taxonomy.

Special expertise within digital marketing communication: The Fan Club
The Fan Club has the capacity to handle assignments which focus particularly on digital marketing communication. The assignments can cover advice and production for digital campaigns, for example for AdWords and social media. Assignments can also concern advice and concepts for search optimisation and search marketing.
