Do you have questions about document registration or about training in the document registration system?

The registrar’s office is responsible for the University-wide registry in which the various faculties and divisions register their cases. The registrar’s office gives support and advice on issues relating to public documents, document registration, disclosure of public documents, and more. In addition, we assist both Lund University staff as well as visitors with searching for documents in the digital document registry.

The registrar’s office is also responsible for training in document registration and how to manage public documents, and provides the authorisation needed for the document registration system W3D3. If you, for example, lack knowledge in document registration, please contact the registrar’s office.
