Management and leadership development
Demands for well-developed leadership and management skills at the University are increasing. This applies across the organisation, from departments and strong research environments to laboratories and administrative services.
In accordance with Lund University’s strategic plan, leaders and managers in all parts of the University and at all levels are to develop in their roles through training and support.
Managers are those with responsibility for staff and finances.
Examples of leaders are:
- principal investigators
- project managers
- team leaders
