The 2025 salary review is underway

women's head from behind.

The salary review is now in full swing and the University has sent the managers’ salary offers to the employee organisations with which it has collective agreements (OFR/S, Saco-S and Seko). The aim is for the majority of the new salaries to be paid in February 2026, retroactively from the salary review date of 1 October 2025.

If you are a member of Saco-S, or are unaffiliated (i.e. not a member of OFR/S, Saco-S or Seko), the salary is established through a salary-setting appraisal that is to be held no later than 12 December. After the appraisal, your new salary will be confirmed in a digital salary agreement via Primula.

If you are member of OFR/S or Seko, negotiations about your new salary will take place between representatives of the employer and the respective employee organisation. When the new salaries for all members of OFR/S or Seko are established, your manager will call you to a salary appraisal in which they announce and justify your salary.

For doctoral students and student assistants, salaries are set in a uniform way and the new salaries will be paid in the November salary.
