IT, mail and telephony

On 11 September, there was a disruption in the delivery of Microsoft 365, which meant that some emails sent to Lund University between approximately 3 a.m. and 3 p.m. on 11 September could not be delivered.  

Those affected by the email error have been contacted with further instructions on how to check which messages did not reach them. If you have not received an email with this information, your email has not been affected.

The Division of IT is working to prevent similar incidents in the future.
