IT support, error reporting and advice
You can get personal IT support both locally – from IT staff at your faculty or department – and centrally through the Service Desk.
All employees and students at Lund University are welcome to contact the Service Desk with their IT questions.
The Support Centre is Lund University's case portal. Here you will find guides and the option to submit cases.

- In the case of problems with LU-wide systems, first check whether we have published any information on operational disruptions that may answer your question.
- Perhaps one of our support guides may help to solve the problem.
