Lund University has agreements with advertising agencies in three different categories. Here you will find information on how to use the agreements and contact details for each agency.
Always address your request to the agency in the category most appropriate for the task you are commissioning. Please note that you are not to send your request for tenders (referred to as a call-off) to several agencies at once. The framework agreements mean that all Lund University organisations are required to use these agencies if the service you want to purchase falls within the procured category. If not, the direct procurement procedure applies:

The agency has broad expertise in communications consulting in general, with access to specific specialist expertise in areas such as strategic communications planning and communications in societal and change management contexts. You can engage Gullers for strategic deliveries concerning public authority and societal communications, brand strategy and positioning, message formulation, channel strategy, investigation and analysis. The assignments may also include leading workshops and meetings. The agency has the capacity to manage assignments that cover all phases of a strategic communications initiative – from research and analysis, concept development, goal formulation, strategy and planning to implementation and evaluation.

AFRY Experience Studios
The agency specialises in digital strategy and the development of digital services and solutions, with access to specialist expertise in areas such as user experience (UX), design systems, web accessibility and service design. Inuse has the capacity to manage assignments that cover all phases of a digital project: from research and strategy to concept, design and implementation of digital solutions. The assignments may also include specific parts of the digital development process, such as user testing, production of design components based on the University’s style guide or concept development for a certain type of digital content.

KAN Malmö has broad expertise in communications regarding traditional, social and digital media. The agency can take on large complete solution assignments, productions and campaigns in which the commission may include strategy and consulting, as well as small assignments, pure production or project management. KAN Malmö has the capacity to participate in the entire process from the start of a campaign or production through to media buying, evaluation and feedback. The assignments may also include simple commissions of a limited nature, such as work on origination, updates of existing material or media buying.

Bloody Honey has broad expertise in video production and can be commissioned for various types of report and information videos presenting research environments, research results, study programmes, innovations, university-wide projects, students and researchers, etc. The assignments may include small or large video productions. The production company has the capacity to implement complete productions, from script to post production, including the adaptation of the videos to different platforms and contexts.

Bergström & Co
Bergström & Co has specialist expertise in graphic design and visual communication. The agency can take on productions for traditional, social and digital media. The assignments may concern large or small productions as well as small commissions, such as designing books, brochures, magazines and material for digital campaigns in various formats.

Media and reputation analysis
The University has a framework agreement with Kantar Public for services in media and reputation analysis. Through the framework agreement, Kantar Public is directly engaged without the need for any competitive procurement process.

In addition to the external agencies, Media-Tryck can also help with layout, original production, book design and illustration/infographics.

It is important always to follow the graphic profile when communicating on behalf of Lund University. You must therefore ensure that all printed and digital material produced by an external advertising agency follows the rules and instructions of the graphic profile.
