This page contains information about how the University organises its help and support concerning data protection. University-wide support is available, as well as operational-level support in the faculties, units and divisions. The data protection officer has an independent scrutinising role.
Coordination of data protection support
University-wide support
Maria Hedberg coordinates general support on data protection issues.
Amir Majidzadeh Heravi provides special support regarding the mapping of personal data.
Axel Duvebäck gives support on issues relating to the rights of the data subject.
Lotta Åbjörnsson works on projects within data protection.
Legal counsel Nils Renström provides legal advice and support on issues of data protection.
A data protection officer supports and scrutinises the University’s efforts to comply with laws and regulations around data protection. Lund University has an externally-employed data protection officer – Secure State Cyber AB. The contact person is Sanja Hebib.
