Would you like to learn more about web accessibility? The Funka Academy offers a broad range of courses and training for members of staff working in roles such as manager, editor, publisher and developer. Those with web-related roles can now get a user account for the learning platform – free of charge. To register your interest, provide your e-mail address using the form below.

The Funka Academy offers a broad range of courses covering various aspects of web accessibility.

The Funka Academy is a digital learning platform that offers a broad range of on-demand courses about web accessibility. The courses mainly consist of pre-recorded video material. You can access the course content when it suits you and at your preferred pace. A Funka Academy user account gives you access to over 20 web accessibility courses. You can choose the courses that are relevant to you and your role. There are, for example, courses for managers, editors or developers.

Range of courses and content

The courses offered include:

  • Introduction to accessibility
  • Legislation and standards
  • Accessibility for PDF, Word, Excel
  • Web publishing

In addition to the courses, you also gain access to:

  • Checklists
  • Guides
  • Quick reference guides

You also get practical tips and, at the end of a course, you receive a certificate to show you have completed the course.

Sign up for a user account

To obtain a Funka Academy user account, you need to register by providing your email address in the field below. When the accessibility team has received your registration, an account is created for you and your log-in details will be sent to the email address you provided.
