Administer LUCRIS

LUCRIS is a comprehensive database of all research at Lund University. It is continuously updated with the help of web administrators, economists, librarians, and other university staff. These pages provide useful information for the various administrative groups that use LUCRIS.

Administrative groups that contribute

The main contributors to LUCRIS are:

  • Web editors and communicators
  • Lucat administrators
  • Economists
  • Editor of research output
  • Administrators who take out reports

There are separate pages that explain why the work is so important and how you can contribute.

There are various different roles you can apply for in LUCRIS. Identify two things before applying:

  1. What module/ what type of task do you need to do
  2. What part of the organization should your roles apply to?

Most roles are of an editing nature, which means that they are based on two things: a specific module and an organisational unit. For example, you can apply for the role of editor for personal profiles within your specific organisational unit. If you want to be authorised to edit activities as well, you have to apply for a separate role.

How to apply

Apply for a role in LUCRIS by:

  1. Identify what role you need and for what part of the organisation
In your application you need to specify which level of authorisation you are in need of and for which organisation (activity unit) it is to be used. This could be a faculty, a department or similar.

  2. Apply for the role
