When Lund University participates in a contract research project, a collaboration with an external party or a similar agreement situation, this naturally concerns the researchers, doctoral or other students, or others who participate in the project/collaboration.

When the University is a party to a contract research or collaboration agreement, which includes terms and conditions on the right to results, confidentiality and publication and which relate to the individual partaking employee, the individual participants must first sign the agreement Conditions for participation before partaking in the project.
