We offer support and counselling for employees and doctoral students who are experiencing or are at risk of mental health issues related to their work situation.

Through a few confidential solution-focused sessions, we aim to help you change or develop more helpful approaches to your work situation. 

If your concerns are not work-related or if you are seeking an assessment for psychotherapy, we advise you to contact your local healthcare center (vårdcentral).
