New method for reporting disciplinary matters

As of 1 March 2023, you should report suspected disciplinary cases against students via a form on the Staff Pages, instead of emailing the report to the Legal Division.

This is to make the handling of disciplinary matters easier and quicker. The form gives clear information about what needs to be included in a report. When the formula is sent in, a case is automatically created in W3D3.
