Can you not read or create PDFs?

Old Adobe licenses expired on 29 November 2019, which means that they may no longer be used on LU computers.

For those with an EGA computer, all Adobe programs will be uninstalled if they remain on the old license. Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe CC Complete require a licence, which involves a cost. If you want to have these programs installed, the cost must be approved by your manager.

There is free software version, PDF-XChange, which you can use to read and create PDFs. If you only need to read PDFs, you can also download the free software Adobe Reader.

Those with an EGA computer can install the programs here:

For PC users: under start menu / Microsoft System Centre / Software centre.

For Mac users: use Apple’s built-in preview function to read and edit PDFs.
