Here are three quick steps to get started:
1. Register for a workshop (places are limited)
During the spring, we will be running several Copilot workshops – both role-specific (e.g. tailored to those who work in libraries, finance or student administration) and general workshops for anyone who wants to try it out, discuss ideas and get help getting started.
At the workshop, you can:
- try M365 Copilot in a secure environment
- explore features and working methods based on your needs
- discuss examples and possibilities with others
- ask questions and get support there and then
If you are an English-speaking employee and would like to participate, please contact us at adhoc [at] rektor [dot] lu [dot] se
2. Obtain a licence – before the workshop
You need to have a licence for M365 Copilot in good time ahead of the workshop.
The workshops are hands-on, and you will get the most out of them if you can test things directly in your own tools. A licence for M365 Copilot allows you to work more seamlessly with Copilot in your Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Cost: The licence is free of charge in 2026.
Target group: Primarily those working in administration, but all employees can order a license
Current situation: Many have already obtained a licence – but there are still plenty left.

3. Take the course “Curious about Copilot” and discover more in Moderskeppet
Want to learn at your own pace? Then our course “Curious about Copilot” is a good place to start. It provides a clear introduction and guides you through particularly relevant parts of Moderskeppet’s material, some courses are in English, but not all.
