LU Box users have previously been able to log in either with an externally set password or via single sign-on (SSO).

On May 26, the option to log in with an external password will be removed. After that date, users will only be able to log in to LU Box using single sign-on (SSO).

If you have been using an externally set password to access LU Box and wish to switch to single sign-on (SSO), you can follow the instructions here: Guide to creating an LU Box account

If you are already logging in to LU Box using single sign-on (SSO), no action is required.
