International Impact Actions – current calls 2025

As part of the work with Global Dynamic Engagement (GDE), Lund University is announcing four calls for funding to stimulate collaboration and activities that strengthen our international impact in research, education, innovation and cooperation.

Deadline for application is 17 April and funded activities should be completed no later than 31 July 2026. A fifth call with deadline 31 March is already open.

Get Started Funding

– funding to develop collaborations with the potential to lead to externally funded research projects and joint publications.

Target group: Researchers with a PhD degree who are employed at Lund University and colleagues with a PhD degree at select partner universities in countries recently associated or soon to be associated to Horizon Europe.

GloHub doctoral student mobility 

– research stay of 1-3 months at National University of Singapore, UC Berkeley or University of Melbourne, i.e. partner universities in the LU-led project GloHub. 

Target group: doctoral students at LU.

Doctoral Student Mobility outside the EU/EEA 

– short stays at selected partner universities for preparation for dissertation and data collection.

Target group: doctoral students at LU

Academic staff mobility outside the EU/EEA 

– short stays at selected partner universities for teaching/supervision/skills development

Target group: teachers and researchers who are employed at LU

GloHub seed funding for research and education collaboration

Deadline 31 March 

– funding for research and education collaborations with National University of Singapore, UC Berkeley or University of Melbourne, i.e. partner universities in the LU-led project GloHub

Target group: Researchers and teachers with a PhD degree who are employed at Lund University and colleagues with a PhD degree employed at National University of Singapore, UC Berkeley and University of Melbourne
