Come and network at Sweden's largest annual European affairs forum
EU Days Lund is the main Swedish annual EU forum gathering around 500 Swedish and international high-level speakers and participants.
On 23–24 September 2025, EU Days Lund will be held for the fifth time, with the ambition to continue to grow into the obvious national arena for EU issues. Lund University is one of four organizers. This year's edition will focus on Sweden's 30 years in the EU, the Öresund Bridge's 25 years and highly topical future issues such as:
- a new plan for Europe's sustainable prosperity
- a clean industrial future
- a thriving and competitive EU
- a new era for EU defense and security
- Europe in the world and EU enlargement

- Ukraine and the EU - Navigating Integration and Europe's Future, 24 September 13:00 - 13:45, with Anamaria Dutceac Segesten, Senior lecturer at European Studies & Deputy Dean; Eleonora Narvselius, Senior Lecturer & Associate Professor in Ethnology; and Tornike Metreveli, Associate Senior Lecturer in European Studies and Associate Professor in Sociology of Religions.
- Cross-border resilience in crises situation, 24 September 14:15 - 15:00, with Marja-Liisa Öberg, Associate professor & Researcher in EU Law, Faculty of Law and Rhiannon Pugh, Senior Lecturer in Innovation, CIRCLE, the Faculty of Engineering.
