Digital university wide managers' forum for all managers with employer and operational responsibility. The forum is held in Swedish.

Theme 

On the theme Psychological safety - the importance of leadership for successful work and research groups, the forum offers interesting and inspiring conversations between two of the university's managers, Joakim Gullstrand and Pernilla Stenström, and Louise Bringselius, who is one of Sweden's foremost experts in trust-based leadership, psychological safety, change management and governance.

Speakers and panellists

  • Joakim Gullstrand (Professor and Dean at EHL) Joakim works with overall governance and strategic initiatives and has over the years gained valuable insights and perspectives in his leadership regarding quality assurance, strategy and institutional development in higher education.
  • Pernilla Stenström (senior lecturer, associate professor and deputy and deputy head of the Faculty of Medicine) Pernilla consciously works actively in her leadership to capture and in the group, clarify the group members' expectations, desires, pace and possible contradictions and situations adapt trust-based leadership as a perspective to success in research contexts.
  • Louise Bringselius (Associate Professor of Organisation and Management) Louise has a background as a lecturer at Lund University, where she also completed her PhD, and has for several years been a research leader in the Trust Delegation. Today, Louise is active as a researcher at the Stockholm School of Economics, as a columnist, speaker and author and one of Sweden's foremost experts in trust-based leadership, psychological security, change management and governance.
