Direct award of contract

When you are about to purchase goods or services for which the contract value is below the threshold of SEK 534 890, and no contract currently exists, you shall make a direct award of contract.

If the total amount is less than SEK 100 000, you can proceed directly with your purchase. All you need to remember is to follow the guidelines and templates below.

Since 1 July 2014, a purchase through a directly awarded contract that exceeds SEK 100 000 requires documentation.
