As from 2024, Lund University has introduced 30 November as the last date to apply for health promotion reimbursement. This is because the Swedish Tax Agency regulations stipulate that reimbursement as a general rule is to be paid in the same year as the application is submitted.
Your application case in Primula needs to be fully completed by 30 November. You therefore need to register the case in good time, so that there is a margin for any supplemental information requests.
