Older Teams app to end on 30 June
An older Teams app, Microsoft Teams classic, will stop working after 30 June. If you are still using Microsoft Teams classic and want to keep the Teams app on your desktop, you can download a new version from Microsoft 365. You can also log in to the M365 portal and use Teams via your browser.
Switch to the new Teams app before 30 June if you have the old type of app, so you don't risk losing access to the service.

Email during the holiday period
If you are planning to be on holiday for a long period and will not read your email regularly, bear in mind that the quarantine for junk mail only saves messages for 30 days. Thereafter, the content is erased automatically. If you are away for longer than that, ensure that a colleague can access your email and review the inbox, so that no important messages are missed.
