To be able to send parcels with PostNord, your organisation needs a customer number, which you can apply for here. (New tab, in Swedish).
It has been possible to apply for a customer number since 1 April. It can take up to five working days for your customer number to be registered.
Try to limit the number of customer numbers within your faculty/division; you will be able to add users, retrospectively, to your customer number. Please note that the person applying for the customer number will also be the administrator responsible in the system.
Once you have received your customer number, you can log in to PostNord, add additional users, track your shipments and send your parcels. The invoice will arrive in Lupin/Proceedo as usual.
Once your application for a customer number has been processed, you will receive more information by email from PostNord.
