The parties have now resumed negotiations and met on both 15 March and 22 March, and further negotiations have been scheduled.

Unclear when the new salaries can be paid

As no negotiated solution has yet been reached, it is still unclear when new salaries can be paid to OFR/S members.

Until the negotiations are finalised, no salary reviews can be held.

Please note: For employees who are affiliated to other employee organizations or are unorganized, the salary negotiations are already completed and implemented.
