With this award, the University management wishes to recognize extraordinary contributions in administration throughout the University.
Lund University’s administrative prize is to be awarded annually to an employee at Lund University for outstanding administrative efforts of an innovative nature that have contributed to the University’s development, or for extraordinary service and efficiency. The vice-chancellor will appoint one or two winners who will be awarded a prize of SEK 15 000, to be used by the recipient for his or her own professional development. The winner will also receive a diploma.
Instructions:
The nomination is to be sent in its entirety to wiveca [dot] ericsson [at] rektor [dot] lu [dot] se; by 31 October 2022 at the latest. Nominations which lack a detailed description will not be considered (see point 2 below). The nomination is not to exceed one page.
The following is to be included in the nomination (use the headings below in the order in which they appear):
- Name, title, department/division/equivalent, email and telephone number of the nominee.
- Detailed description of the way in which the nominee has carried out administrative work of an innovative nature that has contributed to the development of the University or the way in which the nominee has provided extraordinary service and efficiency beyond the call of duty.
- Nominator’s name, email and telephone number.
