If, as an employee or doctoral student, you are experiencing or at risk of mental ill health, find out what help is available from the Occupational Health Service.

Consult us on mental health issues at work

The Occupational Health Service offers consultations to employees and doctoral students who are experiencing or feel at risk of mental health issues related to their work environment. This can include issues such as

  • stress,
  • crisis or
  • conflict.

The consultation consists of private conversations in which we focus on solutions with the aim of changing the work situation or the approach in order to achieve a functioning work environment.

Employees and doctoral students can contact the Occupational Health Service on their own initiative if in need of advice.
